Instructor Lorraine May, who was trained in 1973, teaches a very traditional, contemplative, harmonizing style of yoga. For beginners and intermediates.

Four-Week Workshop. Mondays: September 29 through October 20, 7:00 PM. - 9:30 PM.
Fee: $99 if paid by September 22, $115 thereafter. If you attended the Half-Day Workshop or any previous 4-week course receive $20 off.

Week One: The Journey begins in Knowing: Discussion and Discovery of your Divine Awareness.
Week Two: Noticing and Shifting Old Behavior: Seeing ways in which you have used your 'Shadow Self' to create your relationships. Also, exploring the ways you bond.
Week Three: What's Inside: Creating from your innermost Being.
Week Four: Remember: You are Love, Lover, and Beloved. Guiding Yourself from that still small voice within.

For those of you that are not familiar with this, a Oneness Deeksha is a Divine intelligent energy transfer that causes a neurobiological transformation within the brain of each receiving individual. This transfer helps people move away from the sense of separation towards a sense of connectedness and oneness with all creation, allowing feelings of bliss, ease, peace, joy, and love to be more fully experienced in one’s daily life. It is not a teaching or concept, but rather an experience or process that supports all paths or beliefs.
