This is a simple and easy series. No prior experience is required.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Free Flow Yoga is an exhilarating and complete Yoga practice. The free flow series uses the Ujjayi breath to flow from one asana (pose) to another allowing to energize the metabolic rate to burn fat and build a firm toned healthy body. Increases stamina and develop great strength and flexibility. The free flow series stimulates and tones the internal organs and improves circulation, alleviate stress allowing to bring balance to the body mind and spirit. The class ends with savasana(deep relaxation) and short meditation for a simple blissful experience.

Kenna also has her own business; Beyond the Beyond, in which she offers support to Ones who are negotiating a path of non-duality and/or in the midst of Remembering True Self. This council is geared toward en-liven -ing a new paradigm while existing in the midst of old ways. There are individual ($35/hr) and group (3 or more @ $11 ea.) sessions available.
In addition to these courses and council she is able to Officiate any life transitions called for by the individual(s) inquiring, ie. - wedding, handfast, funeral, baby-naming, unmarriage ceremonies and more.

Many held belief systems can begin to be loosed and dropped as you move into a more expansive self. Who do you pray to when having one of those days…of “I need help”! How is it to release old/family beliefs and come into your own understandings, these are part of the explorations within this topic. Potentially giving over to realize a more wholistic relationship to Source through this awareness.
* ‘Women & Money’ w/ Zan Bradley, coming to this outrageous class of exploring attitude and perceptions around money, one will find a bit of theater and divination through: use of The Game of Transformation and Zan’s tarot Mandala’s. * Byron Katie’s method is deep self-inquiry through what she calls ‘The Work’ finding ways to bring ‘your business’ back to your personal responsibility. This type work helps in creating healthy boundaries’ for Self with Other.
* ‘Map Yourself through Family Patterns’ is a class offering a new angle to see habitual patterns without blame, shame, judgment or quilt. Qigong means "working with the breath." Bone marrow is the spongy tissue found in the center of most large bones which produces blood cells. In this class we will practice a series of exercises and movements that help to cleans the body's bone marrow of toxins and strengthen the bones themselves by bringing Qi (life force energy) into these key areas of the body.

Teachers' Bios

Morgan McKay started her journey into the world of metaphysics by first embracing the Seth Material by Jane Roberts. Morgan McKay went to her first Seth Conference in 1997 and continued every year after that going with her mother, Dawn McKay. She became an official committee member to the Colorado Seth Conference in 2004. Putting on the best conference possible has become a yearly passion ever since. Morgan was raised in a unique situation with her mother, aunt, and grandfather all involved with the Seth Material and later involved with The Teachings of Abraham. From a very young age she began to believe she creates her own reality which changed her entire life. She immersed herself in all things metaphysical. She read anything metaphysical she could get her hands on including all 20 Seth books, Ask and It is Given (the teachings of Abraham), the series of books by Carlos Castaneda, books by Lynda Dahl, Dan Millman, Nancy Ashley, Notes from the Universe by Mike Dooley, and many more. She realized that although she may follow many paths in life, pursue many different careers - sharing the information that people create their own reality was her life's purpose and passion. Morgan and her mother have helped put on numerous workshops over the years and are excited about sharing their most recent workshop series on Stories. Dawn fell in love with the restaurant business when she was a 19 year old college student making milkshakes in a fast food restaurant on campus. She spent the next 30 years working in every aspect of the restaurant industry including owning a neighborhood pizzeria. It was during these later years in the pizza business that she became interested in holistic health. As she explored meditation, reflexology, massage, acupuncture, and energy medicine, she discovered her natural healing abilities. Dawn also became involved with the Seth Material 13 years ago and later became an avid listener of the Teachings of Abraham. She has helped put on numerous workshops as well as given many talks over the years on the concept of Conscious Creation. After a reading by a Vedic Astrologer, who confirmed Dawn's healing gift, as well as her gift as a teacher and a coach, Dawn felt inspired to take a new direction in her life, which has led to a path of healing and teaching. Her love of animals prompted Dawn to devote much of her practice to animal healing. Currently Dawn facilitates Reconnective Healings, Reconnective Healings with animals, and The Reconnection in Central Denver along with being a committee member of the Colorado Seth Conference.

The instructor, Lorraine May, Reiki Master / Teacher, was guided to create this class because working with non-humans requires different approaches from a different perspective. This class will help each student learn to be in harmony with each individual animal and his or her needs.

This class is specifically designed for those who wish to work with animals, including rescue personnel, holistic practitioners, and owners. You will learn about communication, diagnosis, and healing. Attunements will come through our spirit helper animals. Rumor has it the Jesuit Order of the Catholic Church came by its great wealth through doing "Prosperity Circles."
The idea is simple: sit in a circle and each participant gets one or more turns to be in the center and speak their heart's desire.
Everyone then prays and wishes for them the quick and easy manifestation of that desire. The intent can be for anything: a loved one or family member who is side, for someone else to receive wealth, for romantic wishes to be made real, it doesn't matter.
Allowing people to pray and bless others can be a very powerful manifestation tool.

Qigong means "working with the breath," and in using the breath, we will learn three of the basic forms of meditation. Standing meditations in which specific standing postures are held. Sitting meditations, in which the body is immobilized to enhance complete focus on breath work or visualization. Walking meditation, in which complete focus is paid to gentle, slow and mindful walking.
